Not enough staff, too long a wait and poorly presented food. The pub was not busy and perhaps I can now see why. Its also starting to look a little tatty.... Arrived on time and waited for a menu, then waited and waited. Drinks order failed to arrive for 20 minute. The main course was nice. The dessert menu was left with us for another 20 minutes. The Crème Brule was obviously just out of the fridge with a minute caramel topping. How a chef can put a cold crumble on a baking hot dish I have no idea!! Diabolical waste of time and money on a special day......ruined !November 21, 2016
